We have seen so many clients arrive for massages to begin 'waking up' their frames - so we decided to open up the dance floor and create new opportunities to enjoy those bodies.
HEART.BEAT.
45 minutes to strut, skip and slink to all genres of great music - it's not only a heap of casual fun but also gets you to shift your weight (for better balance), warm up your joints (so good) and get your heart rate up (not enough room to list the benefits).
You can also flex your creative muscle to make your moves your own and share a social space with all sorts of people - said to be the greatest determinant of a long and happy life.

SoS - Science of Stretching
Learn some poses that will give you back your ease. You'll learn three principles to apply in just 15 minutes of daily practice and that stiff back, those cranky shoulders and stuck legs will love you once more.

This type of flexibility training is great for most people - but not for pregnant or breastfeeding women, nor for those who are hypermobile.
​
Come as you are and we take it from there - we have 10 sets of equipment but you may like to use your own mats and blocks if you prefer.
